We repair it
Factory reset is the nuclear option when it comes to repairing computers. While yes it does work, everything on the computer is history, all data will be erased. This seems to be the number one fix option for big box shops. Why is that? Because it turns over the boxes they charge bench fees, hourly fees, and other fees.
Not here, it's $20 per hour whatever it takes. We will fix the problem, and / or make sure you don't loose your data. Why the difference? The vast majority of the time the computer stops working due to a software failure. The same software failure will return when you put the programs back on after reset, also if it is not a software failure, the problem will continue to be there. Which is why we fix it instead. It saves you hours if not days waiting on your data and programs to reload.
